ARE MY PRICES LOCKED IN WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?
Prices will be locked in once your cleared payment is received.


IS THERE A LEGAL LIMIT ON HOW MUCH GOLD I CAN OWN?
No, there is no current limit on how much you can own.


WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DOES RS Bullion ACCEPT?
Bank wire, cashier/bank check and all major credit cards.


HOW DO I BUY GOLD AND SILVER THROUGH RS Bullion?
To place an order, call our toll free number at 888-611-8354 and an
RS Bullion account executive will discuss your account options, prices and product availability with you. Upon an agreed price, client will send in customer agreement form and in turn receive an estimated confirmation so that they know the amount of funds to submit. Once the bank clears your payment, you will receive a transaction confirmation verifying your bullion purchase. This will then lock you in at the confirmed prices at the time of cleared funds.


ARE BULLION PURCHASES TAXABLE?
RS Bullion does not collect any tax on your purchase.


DOES THE BULLION I PURCHASE COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?
Yes a maker’s mark and statement of weight and fineness is stamped directly on the bullion.


WHERE DO I WIRE MY FUNDS?
Upon placing an order we will provide you an email with all the instructions you will need, along with the ABA routing number, account number, etc. All wires will be sent to Valley National Bank.


CAN I PUT BULLION IN MY IRA?
Yes, please ask your
RS Bullion account executive for details.


WHERE CAN I STORE MY PRECIOUS METALS?
Your precious metals can be stored at your home, at a bank of your choice or at one of our affiliate locations.


HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped via UPS, or insured U.S Mail. Each package that
RS Bullionships is fully insured and DOES require a signature upon delivery. For large orders we offer delivery by Brinks.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRECIOUS METALS?
Upon cleared payment you will receive your order within 10 days


ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
If you have paid by wire or check there will be no additional fees.
